Graphene oxide dispersion (GO dispersion)

Environmentally friendly future two-dimensional nanocarbon material: graphene oxide.

This is "Graphene Oxide," a future two-dimensional nanocarbon material that is environmentally friendly and does not use oxidizing agents. Graphene oxide is characterized by its extremely thin sheet-like structure and high specific surface area. Its surface is rich in oxygen functional groups, making it easy to composite with other materials and chemically modify, which leads to a wide range of expected applications. Furthermore, it has the property of being well-dispersed in water. Additionally, by undergoing reduction treatment, reduced graphene is produced, which becomes a conductive material, thus holding promise for use as an electronic material. Features: - Can be dispersed in water and organic solvents - Can be reduced to reduced graphene - Capable of adsorbing drugs and other substances due to high specific surface area - Flat and applicable for coating

Method for producing graphene dispersion liquid

It is a manufacturing technology for graphene dispersions that can control surface oxygen concentration over a wide range.

Traditionally, methods for producing graphene have involved vapor-phase methods or exfoliation methods. Vapor-phase methods can produce highly crystalline graphene, but they have the challenge of high costs, while exfoliation methods are low-cost but result in graphene with low crystallinity. This technology involves a method for uniformly dispersing partially oxidized graphene with low oxygen content in a hydrophobic ionic liquid through the electrochemical exfoliation of graphite in a water-hydrophobic ionic liquid two-phase system. 【Features of the Technology】 - Two-phase system (water-hydrophobic ionic liquid) electrochemical exfoliation method - Surface oxygen concentration below 10%, eliminating the need for re-reduction treatment - Control of surface oxygen concentration is possible A wide range of materials can be applied to the graphite electrodes, and by exploring ways to reuse the ionic liquid, significant reductions in manufacturing costs are expected.

Graphene dispersion liquid

The reason for being chosen is "minimal defects." High-quality graphene will bring innovation to your material development.

Graphene is attracting attention as a "dream material" due to its outstanding conductivity, strength, and flexibility. Utilizing the dispersion technology of our ultra-high-pressure homogenizer NAGS, we have developed "J-GRAPHENE" using a unique patented method. It features fewer than five layers and low defects, distinguishing it from the graphene currently in widespread use. It combines excellent conductivity with mechanical strength, and its performance is expected to be applied in a wide range of fields, including batteries, electronic components, paints, and inks.
